DOSITEC
Technical information
Flow rate: 2.5 - 9 l / h
Pressure: 10 bar
High efficiency diaphragm pumps
Available in 230Vac, 12Vdc, 110V ac
DOSITEC dosing pumps are high efficiency and precision diaphragm pumps for dosing liquid products.
Diaphragm dosing pumps with positive displacement for dosing chemical products with a high yield rate and precision. They are made with materials which are compatible with most processes where a products must be dosed into a hydraulic network or into a deposit, as for the alimentary, textile, chemical industries, for water treatments, agriculture, etc.
DOSITEC-MP - Manual electromagnetic pump with potentiometer.
DOSITEC-MD - Manual electromagnetic pump with digital screen and input for level swicth
DOSITEC-Q - Proportional electromagnetic dosing pump
DOSITEC-mA - Electromagnetic dosing pump with 4-20mA input signal
DOSITEC-PRC - pH / RedOx Electromagnetic dosing pump
DOSITEC-MF -Multi-function dosing pump
Additional equipment for the injection of hydrogen peroxide
Our DOSITEC pumps can be fitted with a specific injection head with automatic degassing for the injection of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a powerful oxidant widely used in irrigation and breeding for the disinfection of pipes and the fight against the development of biofilm on the inner walls of the tubes. The recommended doses for preventive treatment are between 40 to 70 ml per m3 of water. Usually, the most reliable and convenient system to install consists of:
a DOSITEC-Q or MF pump allowing injection proportional to the flow
a water meter with pulse output for transmission of the flow rate to the pump
For this, we have developed a complete kit consisting of a retention tank, the dosing pump and its support, the water meter and all the accessories necessary for installation.
Technical information to be transmitted to define the station:
Maximum flow of the network to be treated
Minimum network flow to be treated
Working pressure
Distance between dosing station and injection point
Diameter and type of pipe in which the station will inject
