Filtration
Quality and performance at the right price
We distribute a wide range of water filtration equipment dedicated to agriculture and industry. Our standard filtration solutions consist of:
a range of plastic filters with stainless steel sieve for watering and irrigation
a range of metal filters with standardized dimensions.
We also design and manufacture tailor-made filtration stations according to the needs and constraints of your project. We develop simple and robust filtration solutions as well as complete water treatment stations with removal of metals (iron, manganese) by oxidation then filtration.
Our stations are used in agriculture, as well as in industry, public swimming pools or for the treatment of water intended for human consumption.

Plastic screen and disc filters PN 6, 8 and 10
Our plastic filters are made from raw materials that make the filter resistant to weather, solar radiation and chemicals today used in agriculture, offering a light and strong construction.

Metal screen filter
O Series - PN8
O-series screen filters are used for filtration of water with low concentrations of inorganic suspended solids (eg sand). Also it can be used as a secondary filter after primary filtration systems (e.g. media filter, hydrocyclones etc.).
K Series - PN8
Circulation filters - K series are used in water highly contaminated with inorganic suspended solids and can be combined with other filtration systems (eg hydrocyclones) offering excellent result.
Because of their structure, they can prolong the filtration time enough before cleaning. The installation of the filter is done by following the direction of the flow arrow in the filter body. Water enters the inlet, passes through the circulation plate in the cartridge, filtered, and exits from the outlet.
C series - PN8
C-series screen filters are used for filtration of water with low concentrations of inorganic suspended solids (eg sand). Also it can be used as a secondary filter after primary filtration systems (e.g. media filter, hydrocyclones etc.).
They are also available with double cartridge for 2-stage filtration. The installation of the filter is done by following the direction of the flow arrow in the filter body. Water enters the inlet, passes through the cartridge, filtered, and exits from the outlet. The angle between inlet-outlet is 90°.
S Series - PN10
Sprinkler filters - S series are used to protect sprinklers of an irrigation system from wear and blockage by the presence of large caliber sediment. They can also be used as pre-filters for the protection of other irrigation equipment such as pumps, valves, etc.
SY series - PN16
Strainer filters - SY series are used to protect irrigation network equipment (such as pumps, valves, etc.) from wear and blockage by the presence of large caliber sediment. All filters are PN16 and the product range can serve large number of flow. The installation of the filter is done by following the direction of the flow arrow in the filter body.
SV series - PN 10
Strainer filters - BSF series are used to protect irrigation network equipment (such as pumps, valves, etc.) from wear and blockage by the presence of large caliber sediment. All filters are PN10 (16 bar on request) and the product range can serve large number of flow. The installation of the filter is done by following the direction of the flow arrow in the filter body.
Water enters the inlet, passes through the basket, filtered, and exits from the outlet. The filter is cleaned manually, disassembling the lid and removing the basket. The cleaning of the basket should always be done when the difference of input-output pressure (DP) is 0,5 bar greater than the pressure difference when the basket is clean.
Hydrocyclonic filters
Hydrocyclones - Y Series can separate large quantities of sand and other solid matter (with S.W. > 1) from water. Depending on the conditions (eg. flow, special weight S.W. of matter, etc), separation efficiency can exceed 90%.
Their principle of operation is based on centrifugal force that is created when raw water enters tangentially and forces solid particles to be separated from liquid. These particles following a spiral path near the wall of hydrocyclone, are collected into the collection chamber located at the bottom, where they are removed by opening the drain valve. Clean water moves upwards to the center of the spiral, towards the top outlet.
Self Cleaning Screen Filters
SUF series filters are automatic hydraulic / electric filters which combine the advantages of high quality filtration from variant water sources (sewage, lakes, rivers, etc.) with self-cleaning function, providing continuous water supply. The SUF filters meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial, municipal and irrigation applications.
The filtration flow is uninterrupted even during cleaning. The SUF range exists in 2 sub-families:
SUF-V: DN50 to DN100 (25 to 80m3 / h)
SUF: DN100 to DN200 (100 to 300m3 / h)
Self Cleaning Suction Filters
AF series pre-filters are installed at centrifugal pump intake for protection against damage to impeller and restricted flow / cavitation.
The filter is installed submerged in water. When pumping starts, water flows through the screen while organic debris and other floating material are accumulated at the external surface of the screen which prevents their entry to the pump and irrigation system.
The screen is cleaned by spraying water from an internal nozzle system that rotate continuously and cover the entire screen surface.
Sand Media Filters
Sand media filters - X series are designed to remove algae, slime or other organic contaminant as well as sand, rock, grit and other inorganic contaminants.
Media filters are the type of filters most commonly used for high volume cleaning of water and combine surface and depth filtration.
Water is filtered as it passes through a uniform porous media (i.e. granulated silica sand) from top to bottom.
Particulate matter is entrapped between the pores of the media where is flushed out by reversing the flow. Backwash flow fluidizes the media and removes the accumulated particles.
