DOSmart AC is a series of dosing pumps with a step motor and advanced control functions to automate precisely and efficiently the dosing of chemicals in liquid state.

This series of pumps is characterized by high precision, extensive regulation (1:3000) and high suction capacity even with viscous products. The flow range covers needs from 1.5 to 60 l/h at a pressure of up to 16 bar. The choice of the correct head material between PP, PVDF and stainless steel allows the dosing of any commonly used chemical in the water treatment, chemical, food and agriculture industries.

There is an APP available for DOSmart AC pumps which allows to monitor and control easily the unit remotely. The APP also has the option to receive alarm messages through SMS and email.

Advanced Dosing Functions

The DOSmart-AC pump, thanks to its stepper motor, allows you to work in different ways depending on the product we need to inject.

ST - Standard mode

Standard ST mode is the normal operating mode during which the metering device behaves symmetrically during product suction and discharge when it is operating at its maximum capacity. As the flow decreases, the discharge cycle lengthens and the suction time is kept constant.

SS1 - Slow suction mode 1

Slow Suction 1 (SS) mode reduces speed during the suction cycle while pulse speed increases to compensate for loss of flow. In this way, the accuracy of dosing of viscous liquids is improved, as the risk of cavitation and incomplete filling of the head is reduced. Aspiration is performed at 50% of the Standard mode speed, but the final flow is only reduced to 75%.

SS2 - Slow suction mode 2

Slow Suction 2 (SS) mode reduces speed during the suction and discharge cycle. The operation of the suction is identical to that described in Slow Suction 1 and the speed of the discharge cycle is also reduced to 50% to avoid overpressure in long pulses. With this operating mode, the flow is reduced to 50%

Flow control and pressure compensation

If the DOSmart-AC is connected to a pressure sensor (4-20mA), the pump will adapt its injection flow whatever the pressure variations of the network.


The addition of a pressure sensor makes it possible to be even more precise in the injection when the network is subjected to strong pressure variations.
